Section 20-800 PROCESS: SITE PLAN REVIEW

Section 20-801 The Planning Commission as specified in this Section, shall review and approve,

table, review and approve with conditions, or review and deny all site plans submitted under this Ordinance.

Section 20-802 Each site plan shall comply with the "Standards for Site Plan Approval" as described in this Ordinance.

Section 20-803 Each action taken with reference to site plan review shall be duly recorded in the minutes of the Planning Commission.
Section 20-804 The Zoning Administrator shall forward any site plan received to the Planning Commission for review along with a report as to conformity or nonconformity with Ordinance requirements and what revisions or conditions, if any, would be necessary in order to be in conformance.

Section 20-805 The applicant shall submit the application package to the Zoning Administrator at least thirty (30) days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission for the purpose of preliminary site plan review.

Section 20-806 Only one (1) site plan shall be considered by the Planning Commission for a parcel of property at one time. The applicant may withdraw an application and apply with a new site plan. In this instance, the first site plan shall no longer be considered for the site and a notation shall be made on the site plan that it has been withdrawn by the applicant.

Section 20-807 Final action shall be taken on all site plans within ninety (90) days of receipt by the Forest Home Township Planning Commission of a complete application package.
