Section 20-600 FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW

Section 20-601 Final Site Plan decision shall be made by the Planning Commission and based on the Standards contained in this Article.

Section 20-602 The Planning Commission shall document in writing:

1. The motion that was made to approve, deny, table or approve the request with conditions.

2. That all requirements of the Ordinance have been met.
3. That all required permits have been obtained.
4. Any conditions of approval that have been imposed.

Section 20-603 Where the applicant is dependent upon the grant of any variances by the Zoning Board of Appeals, said favorable action by the Zoning Board of Appeals is necessary before final site plan approval can be granted.

Section 20-604 An approved site plan shall include a note referencing the case number and date of all variances granted.
