Section 20-2502 Violators of Section 20-2501 above are subject to penalties for each day of the violation from the day of discovery of the incident until a restoration plan/site plan is approved. Section 20-2600 LANDSCAPING: DESIGN, SCREENING & GREENBELTS Section 20-2601 The intent of this Section is to promote the public's health, safety and general welfare by: minimizing noise, air and visual pollution; improving the appearance of off-street parking and other vehicular use between in-compatible land uses; regulating areas; requiring buffering the appearance of property abutting public rights-of -way; protecting and preserving the appearance, character and value of the community and its residential neighborhood areas; preventing Soil erosion and soil depletion; and, promoting soil water retention. Section 20-2602 Application: A Landscape Plan with these requirements shall apply to all uses for which site plan review is required. Section 20-2603 No site plan shall be approved unless said site plan shall show landscaping, greenbelt buffers and screening consistent with the requirements set forth herein. Section 20-2604 Screening is the enclosure of an area by a visual barrier, which may include a landscape buffer, solid fencing or other material as specified in this Article.
