Section 20-2200 FINAL DOCUMENTATION Section 20-2201 Upon completion of the construction as shown on the approved or amended "as built" site plan, the property owner shall submit two (2) copies of a site plan certified by the engineer/surveyor to the Zoning Administrator for final review. Section 20-2300 REVOCATION OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL Section 20-2301 A Site Plan Approval maybe revoked by the Planning Commission at anytime in the development process if the site plan application or plans contained erroneous information that was supplied by the applicant, or if an administrative error occurred on the part of the Planning Commission or other review agency. Section 20-2302 A Site Plan Approval may be revoked by the Township prior to the commencement of the project if a twelve (12) month time period has elapsed from the approval date or if any of the following conditions can be demonstrated by the Planning Commission. I. Zoning regulations applicable to the project have been changed and the previously approved site plan does not comply with them. 2. Changes in state law, county or township Ordinances affecting
the previous approval have occurred. Section 20-2303 A meeting to consider revocation of Site Plan Approval shall be held. Section 20-2304 Written notice shall be sent to the property owner fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting at the owner's last known address. Section 20-2305 Revocation of an approved site plan shall be communicated in writing by certified mail to the applicant. The County Building Department shall be notified to withhold or revoke any building permit until a new site plan is approved. Section 20-2306 Any subsequent submittal of a revoked site plan
shall be processed as a new application. Section 20-2400 APPEALS OF FINAL SITE PLANS Section 20-2401 Any person or any officer, department. board,
or bureau of the township, county or state aggrieved by a decision
of the Planning Commission of a final site plan may appeal the
decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals according to Article 29.
