Section 20-1100 AGENCY REVIEW

Section 20-1101 The Applicant shall deliver one copy of the Application for Site Plan Review and two copies of the site plan to the following agencies:

1. Antrim County Soil & Water Conservation District.
2. Antrim County Road Commission and/or the Michigan Department of Transportation.
3. Northwest Michigan Community Health Agency.
4. Antrim County Building Department.
5. Antrim County Drain Commissioner.
6. Antrim County Planning Department.
7. Bellaire District Fire Chief.
8. Any other agencies with jurisdiction in regard to a particular project as directed by the Zoning Administrator. Other agencies may include but is not limited to the Michigan Departments of Natural Resources, Environmental Quality, Aeronautics Commission, Federal Aviation Administration.

Section 20-1102 These agencies will keep the application and one (1) copy of the site plan. Upon delivery of the application and site plans, the applicant shall obtain a receipt from the agencies as proof of delivery or a stamped, signed site plan indicating no comment.

Section 20-1103 Without these copies, the site plan will not be processed.

Section 20-1104 These agencies shall be given a minimum of thirty (30) working days to respond with
their comments, if any, to the Zoning Administrator. Agency comments will be
accepted up to the point at which a final action has been taken on the site plan.

Section 20-1105 An application for Site Plan Review will be placed on the agenda of a meeting of the Planning Commission for discussion and action only after receipt of comments from the above agencies, unless the site plan has been in possession of the reviewing agencies for thirty (30) working days without review and/or comment being received.

Section 20-1106 Upon Final Site Plan Approval by the Planning Commission, a Zoning Permit may be obtained.
