Section 20-1000 DISTRIBUTION

Section 20-1001 When a site plan is reviewed and approved or disapproved by the Planning Commission and all steps completed, four (4) copies of the site plan will be marked by the Planning Commission for the following distribution:

Section 20-1002 One (1) copy returned to the applicant signed by the Chairperson of the Planning Commission including any conditions of approval or reasons for denial.

Section 20-1003 One (1) copy forwarded to the Planning Commission Secretary for filing.

Section 20-1004 One (1) copy forwarded to the Zoning Administrator.

Section 20-1005 One (1) copy forwarded to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
