Section 19-600 FEES

Section 19-601 Each application for Special Approval shall be accompanied by a filing fee as set forth in the Township fee Schedule.
Section 19-602 No public hearing shall be called until the filing fee is paid.
Section 19-603 All costs shall be paid prior to the date of the public hearing.

Section 19-604 All fees and costs must be paid to the Zoning Administrator as listed in the Towhship Fee Schedule.
