Section 19-300 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE APPLICANT

Section 19-301 It shall be the responsibility of the-Applicant to present to the Zoning Administrator an application for Special Approval.

Section 19-302 All land uses in all districts requiring Special Approval must follow the Site Plan Review process. (See Article 20)

Section 19-303 The petitioner shall also file with the application for Special Approval, a filing fee as listed in the Township Fee Schedule.

Section 19-304 A Health Department Permit must be obtained (per Section 3-60 I) prior to applying for Special Approval.
