Section 18-900 LOTS OF RECORD: NON-CONFORMING

Section 18-901 Any non-conforming lot or site condominium unit of record in existence at the time of the adoption or amendment of this Ordinance which does not meet the minimum dimensional requirements for a lot may be used for any purpose permitted by the district in which the lot or site condominium unit is located.

Section 18-902 As of the effective date of this Ordinance two or more contiguous parcels of property owned by the same person shall be considered as being one parcel if one or more are non-conforming in size.
