Section 18-700 REPLACEMENT COST: DETERMINATION

Section 18-701 The determination of replacement costs for a Class A or B non-conforming use or structure, excluding contents, damaged by fire, explosion, flood, erosion or other acts of God, shall be masse on the basis of an appraisal by a qualified individual approved by the Planning Commission.

Section 18-702 The cost of such determination shall be borne by the applicant.

Section 18-703 The Planning Commission may determine replacement cost of an existing or precatastrophe structure based on information from the most recent Property Tax Assessment record.
