Section 18-200 SIGNS. REGULATIONS - NON-CONFORMING

Section 18-201 Any lawful sign in existence at the effective date of this Ordinance may continue in place for the balance of its useful life even though it is prohibited or limited by this Ordinance, providing:

1. The painting and lettering, and lighting, if any, are maintained in a good state of repair.

2. If the sign needs repairs which will cost more than 50% of the value of the sign the non-conforming sign shall be removed at the owner's expense. Any new sign shall be constructed in compliance with this Ordinance.

3. No structural alterations are made to the sign except those that may change it from a non-conforming to a conforming use.
