Section 18-1000 ZONING PERMIT

Section 18-1001 A zoning permit shall be issued for a conforming use/structure on a non-conforming lot provided the use/structure meets all requirements of the Ordinance.

Section 18-1100 VARIANCES

Section 18-1101 Variances may be granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals to allow reasonable use of a non-conforming lot.

Section 18-1200 LOTS OR PARCELS: CREATION OF NON-CONFORMING

Section 18-1201 No lot area and no yard, court, parking areas or other required space shall be divided, altered, reduced or diminished as to make said area or dimension less than the minimum required allowed under this Ordinance.

Section 18-1202 An exception can be made if such reduction or expansion has been brought about by the expansion or acquisition of public rights-of-way for a street, road or highway.

Section 18-1203 A second exception can be made if such divided area is permanently attached to adjoining parcels of land and used as part of that adjoining parcel of land.

Section 18-1204 If a required area is already less than the minimum required under this Ordinance, said area or dimension shall not be further divided or reduced.
