1. Front Yard. The front line of every building hereafter erected or altered shall be located not less than one-hundred feet (100') from the centerline of all roads adjacent to the property or seventy-five feet (75') from the road right of way, whichever is greater

2. Side Yards. Every building erected or altered shall provide side yards on each side not less than twenty feet (20').

3. Rear Yards. Every building erected or altered shall provide a rear yard no less than thirty feet (30') in depth, and such yard shall be accessible by fire fighting equipment.

Section 14-601 No structure shall hereafter be erected or altered exceeding a height of thirty feet (30') unless approved by the Board of Appeals. The Board of Appeals shall not approve without a documented demonstration that the activity can not be conducted in a structure having a height of thirty feet (3 0') or less and the requested height is within the fire-fighting capabilities of the Bellaire District Fire Department, upon written application of the owner of the premises.
