ARTICLE 14 - MANUFACTURING PARK DISTRICTS - "M" Section 14-100 PURPOSE

Section 14-101 The purpose of establishing Manufacturing Park Districts "M" is to provide an area for manufacturing, warehousing and intensive commercial uses to occur in areas well suited for such uses.

Section 14-102 Areas to be considered for rezoning to this district should have sufficient land area to provide for a number of industries, direct access to highways, adequate storm drainage and existing power, water, and waste water disposal.

Section 14-103 The ability to provide for effective buffering from adjacent uses to eliminate the possibility of impacting neighboring properties or the community is necessary.
Section 14-200 PRIMARY USES (Allowed By Right)

Section 14-201 The use of all lands, premises and resources, and the erection and use of all buildings and structures in Districts "M" shall hereafter be limited to the following Primary Uses (Not Subject to Special Approval):

1. Warehouses and storage buildings.

Section 14-202 Accessory buildings and structures are incidental to the primary use of the district and to the specific parcel on which they are located.

I Accessory Uses, Buildings and Structures including:

a. Cafeteria or other food service provided for the benefit and convenience of the employees.

b. Indoor, on site servicing of vehicles and equipment necessary to provide for and maintain the use of the property.

c. Uses, buildings and structures customarily incidental to any approved use.
