1. Motels on parcels having a minimum of five (5) acres and two hundred and forty (240) square feet of floor area per rental unit. The minimum amount of land area required for each motel unit shall be six thousand five hundred (6500) square feet.

4. Material storage for the above listed trades provided all materials are stored within enclosed structures and the majority of the actual work takes place at the jobsite as opposed to at the principal office.

12. One (1) single family dwelling unit when located on the second floor of the structure which shall contain a minimum of six hundred (600) square feet of livable floor area.
