Section 13-201 The use of all lands and premises, and the erection and use of all buildings and structures shall hereafter be limited to the following Primary Uses (Not Subject to Special Approval):

1. Retail florist shops

2. Greeting card and book stores 3. Hardware stores 4. Fruit and vegetable stands 5. Bakeries and delicatessens

6. Art galleries and antique shops 7. Beauty salons and barber shops 8. Banks and credit unions

9. Doctor, dentist and medical offices for human medicine

10 Law, real estate, bookkeeping, insurance and accounting offices 11. Dress makers and tailors shops

12. Libraries and museums

Section 13-202 Permitted accessory buildings, structures and uses shall be allowed provided they are incidental to the primary uses allowed within the Commercial District and to the specific use occurring on the property upon which the accessory structures or uses will be located or the activity will take place.
