Section 13-101 The purpose of establishing a Commercial District is to provide for the day to day commercial and professional needs of the residents of, and visitors to Forest Home Township. Forest Home Township does not have the population numbers nor the utility infrastructure to support many types of commercial, professional and service professions which would be used by the residents and visitors to the township on an infrequent basis. In addition to only a limited number of uses being appropriate to locate within the Township, the magnitude and scale of the uses and structures which house them should be in keeping with the small, quaint and rural atmosphere of the Township and in close proximity to the Village of Bellaire and in that area designated as urban development in the Master Plan.
Section 13-102 All uses permitted in this district are subject to the following listed Articles as well as the conditions of this Article.
