ARTICLE 12 - WATERFRONT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT -"WC" Section 12-100 PURPOSE

Section 12-101 The purpose of the Waterfront Commercial District - "WC" is to allow the continuation of historical uses that depend on the water and service the local community with a special emphasis on protecting high water quality and insuring safe navigation.

Section 12-102 All uses in this district are subject to the following Articles of this Ordinance: 1. Site Plan Review - See Article 20

2. Parking Standards - See Article 3

Sign Standards - See Article 3

Section 12-200 PRIMARY USES (Allowed By Right)

Section 12-201 The use of all lands and premises, and the erection and use of all buildings
structures shall hereafter be limited to the following Primary Uses (Not Subject to Special Approval):

1. Boat slip rental

2. Boat repair shop and sales

3. Marina and boat storage

4. Restaurant

5. Retail stores and shops when conducted within enclosed buildings

Section 12-202 Accessory buildings and structures are incidental to the primary use of the district and to the specific parcel on which they are located.
