Section 11-100 PURPOSE
Section 11-101The purpose of this residential district is to allow for high density development and at the same time preserving rural character, providing open space and conserving the natural resources of Forst Home Township.
Section 11-200 PRIMARY USES (Allowed By Right)
The use of all lands, premises and resources in the "PRD" shall be limited to the
Section 11-201following Primary Uses.
1. Single family dwellings
2. Multiple family dwellings
The required open space may include the following. 1. Section 11-202 Recreation facilities
2. Agricultural activities
3. Silvacultural activities
4. Commonly held open space - 20 acre minimum
