Section 10-501 ALLOWABLE USES OF DESIGNATED OPEN SPACE LANDS 1. Noncommercial recreation

2. Conservation activities

3. Forestry or agricultural purposes

4. Accessory structures related to any of the above activities

Section 10-502 Designated open space lands shall be owned in common. by alt owners of lots or site condominium units created out of the parent parcel.

Section 10-503 Designated open space lands shall be covered by a conservation easement or other
restrictive covenant found acceptable by the Planning Commission.

Section 10-504 Where applicable, a property owner's association shall be established for the purpose of permanently maintaining all private drives, access or roads, recreational facilities and open space areas Such property owners association agreements shall guarantee continuing maintenance of the above. Provisions shall be included that in the event of lack of maintenance by the association the Township shall have the authority at its sole discretion, to perform such maintenance that it deems necessary and place a lien on said properties to recover cost that it may incur. This agreement shall be submitted to the Township Board for it's approval prior to the approval of the site plan by the Planning Commission.
