2. Hospitals, clinics, convalescent homes, institutions of a charitable nature shall be located on a parcel having not less than five (5) acres.

6. All accessory buildings when built prior to erection of the main structure.

a. Property must be approved by Health Department for the construction of a single-family dwelling.

b. Site plan must include main structure.

c. Construction of the main structure must begin within one year of the completion of the erection of the accessory building

7. Churches and related religious buildings and facilities.

Publicly-owned and operated parks with customary service buildings and structures.

9 Truck gardens, tree farms and other specialty crops, but not fur bearing animals, except rabbits.
