Section 8-301 Use of a house trailer for a dwelling during construction subject to the provisions of Article 3 .

Section 8-302 Buildings built prior to the erection of the main structure.

1. Property must be approved by the Health Department for the construction of a single family dwelling.

2. Site plan must include main structure.

3 Construction of the main structure must begin within one year of the completion of the erection of the accessory building.

Section 8-303 Churches and related religious buildings and facilities customarily incidental. Section 8-304 Publicly-owned buildings but not warehouses, garages, shops or storage yards.
