« A». Section 7-301 Primary Uses Allowed By Right 1. Crop, including truck gardens, tree farms and other specialty crops, but not fur= bearing animals, except rabbits. 2. Single family
dwelling. Uses for Agricultural Type Businesses a. Farm supplies, machinery, fertilizers, feeds, sales and services b. Animal sales yards. c Fur-bearing animals, raising of d. Saw mills, temporary, for the milling of wood produced upon the property upon which it is located. e. Slaughter houses, when duly licensed. f Earth-materials removal, commercial (gravel, sand, stone, soil). g. Florist shops, nurseries, garden supplies and greenhouses. h. Confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) 2. Uses for Residences and/or Accommodations a. Dwellings for two or more families having not less than four hundred eighty (480) square feet of floor living area per unit. a-1. No such structure may be built on less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet of land per dwelling unit, nor on any lot having less than two hundred (200) feet of lot width unless said structure shall be constructed on a platted lot. a-2. Lots in platted subdivisions or land developed which results in more that three residential building sites created after the effective date of this Ordinance. Each building site shall contain a minimum of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of land area per dwelling unit and shall not be less than one hundred (100) feet wide at the building site. A platted subdivision shall not exceed an overall density of two (2) dwelling units per acre. b. Lodging, boarding and tourist homes. c. Public utility buildings, including storage and service yards. 4 Uses for Public Recreational Activities a. Commercial riding stables and academies, when located on more than ten (10) acres, and more than five hundred (500) feet from any dwelling. b. Commercial swimming pools on lots more than eight (8) acres c. Golf courses and golf-driving ranges with customary accessory commercial facilities, when located on more than ten (10) acres and so fenced as to prevent off-premises driving. d. Outdoor oriented recreational enterprises, such as ball fields, batting cages, tennis courts, miniature golf, and stadiums for sports e. Private clubs and associations (non-profit), such as boat, yacht, golf, country, tennis, riding, swimming, fraternal, etc. f. Airports and landing fields minimum of 120 acres. |
