Section 7-100 PURPOSE -The land uses in this District are primarily agricultural mixed with bodies of forest land and open fields and meadows. It is the intent of this Ordinance to conserve and promote the general continuance of these and other compatible uses to preserve the rural character of Forest Home Township.

Section 7-200 GUIDELINES

1. An area not to exceed forty percent (40%) may be developed with the remaining sixty percent (60%) of the property reserved as open space through suitable deed restrictions, conservancy agreements or other means acceptable to Forest Home Township

2 A parent parcel may be divided into a maximum of three parcels suitable and capable of containing single family dwellings.

3. If more than three parcels are desired, then a site plan must be submitted to the Forest Home Township Planning Commission.
