Accessory buildings & structures must meet all setbacks of the district in which they are located.

Section 6-603 Special Approval is required under these conditions:

1. If the accessory building is being constructed prior to erection of the main dwelling.

2. If the accessory building is being constructed on a parcel that is not contiguous with the parcel containing the dwelling.

Section 6-604 An application for an accessory building or structure requiring present the following information:

I . Site plan must include the main structure.

2. Property must be approved by the Health Dept. for the construction of a single family dwelling.

3. An instrument suitable for recording with the Antrim County Register of Deeds which requires the properties be sold as a single unit if the accessory building is located on a different parcel of property.

4. Construction must begin within one year.
