Section 6-100 PURPOSE - The unincorporated area of Forest Home Township shall be divided into the following Zoning Districts.

The following districts are established in Forest Home Township:
Agricultural Districts "A"
Residential Districts "R-1"
Residential Districts "R-2"
Residential Districts "R-3"
Planned Residential Districts "PRD"
Commercial Districts "C"
Waterfront Commercial District "WC"
Manufacturing Districts `M"
Section 6-200 ZONING DISTRICT: MAP - The locations and boundaries of these districts are established and set forth on the official "Forest Home Township Zoning Map" which is on display at the Forest Home Township Hall and of which a graphic reproduction is included in the front of this ordinance. The official `Map" shall have the same force and effect as if the districts were fully set forth by metes and bounds descriptions.

Section 6-201 General Exclusions

No District described in this Ordinance includes any part of the Village of Bellaire, nor does any portion of the Ordinance apply to it.
