Section 3-1501 No fence, wall hedge, planting, or other obstruction
to vision in excess of three feet (3') in height shall be erected or
maintained on that part of the corner lot that is included between
the lines of intersection of road rights-of-way and a line intersecting
them at points of twenty-five feet (25') distance from the intersection
of the road rights-of.-way line. Section 3-1503 At the intersection of any Antrim County Primary Road or any Michigan State Highway with any other highway, these connection points shall be located one hundred (100) feet back from the intersections of the highway right-of-way lines. Section 3-1504 At the intersection of any road which is not classified
as either the Antrim County Primary Road or Michigan State Highway
System with any other road, these points shall be located fifty (50)
feet back from the intersection of the road right-of-way lines. Section 3-1506 No building or structure, except necessary road and traffic signs, presently existing within such setback lines shall be renewed or replaced in any way, unless it is erected outside the setback lines. Section 3-1507 No building or structure within the established setback lines, except necessary road and traffic signs and open fences, shall be altered, enlarged or added to in any way which will increase the permanency of any portion within the established setback lines. Section 3-1508 When any highway, or part, is officially designated
as an Antrim County Primary Road or a Michigan State Highway, such
road shall automatically be subject to the provisions of this Ordinance. |
