Section 3-1301 The owner of land in any residential or agricultural district may move one (1) house trailer, as defined in this Ordinance, which does not meet the definition of a "Dwelling, One-Family", upon his premises and occupy the same as a dwelling for a period of one hundred-eighty (180) days from the date of issuance of a Special Approval. If the building is not completed in this period, one time extension of one hundred-eighty (180) days may be granted upon request. Section 3-1302 Application for a Special Approval for such use shall be made to the Planning Commission. Approval shall be contingent upon compliance with the following conditions: Section 3-1303 The water, sewage, and waste disposal facilities shall be approved by the County Health Officer; installation and approval of which shall precede movement of the house trailer to the building site. Section 3-1304 The location of the house trailer on the premises shall be in conformity with the setback requirements of the Zoning District. Section 3-1400 STORAGE OF VEHICLES & TENTS Section 3-1401 Occupancy for a period of more than fifteen (15) days in a calendar year of trucks, RV's, vans, motor homes, campers, tents or travel trailers, shall not be permitted in Districts "Ag", "R-1", "R-2" and "R-3". Section 3-1402 This limitation shall not prohibit the storage of unoccupied and licensed house trailers, campers, camping trailers or boat trailers which is the property of the occupant of the dwelling, in the rear yard when located not less than twenty-five feet (25') from the side lot lines, and forty feet (40') from the highway right-of-way. Section 3-1403 This provision shall not prohibit storage of a vehicle within a garage or other permitted structures, including but not limited to those vehicles described above.
