Section 3-1001 The maintenance of yards, open spaces, lot areas, height and bulk limitations, fences, walls, clear vision areas, parking and loading spaces, and all other requirements, including the proper maintenance and repair of screening arrangements, for a building or use specified within this Ordinance shall be a continuing obligation of the owner of such building or property on which such building or property or use is located. Section 3-1100 PROTECTION STRIP: GREENBELT BUFFER Section 3-1101 Waterfront Commercial, Manufacturing and R-3 uses shall be required to provide a Greenbelt Buffer between all dissimilar uses such as single family and agricultural. Section 3-1102 A Greenbelt Buffer shall be installed and maintained
in the following instances: 1. Between manufacturing uses and all other
uses or zoning districts. 3. Between all multiple family uses and all other residentially or agriculturally zoned properties. Section 3-1103 A strip of land with a minimum width determined by the front yard setback required in the Waterfront Commercial. Manufacturing and R-3 districts shall be located between the abutting right-of-way of a public street. road or highway. Section 3-1104 It shall be landscaped with a row of trees not less than twelve (12) feet in height or a minimum caliper of 2 '1z inches measured at a distance of five feet above the ground at the time of planting (whichever is greater at time of planting) for each thirty (30) linear feet of the frontage abutting the right-of-way. Section 3-1105 These trees shall be a mixture of deciduous and coniferous trees native to this area. Section 3-1106 The remainder of the greenbelt shall be landscaped in grass, ground cover shrubs. and/or other plant material. Section 3-1107 Access ways from public rights-of-way through required
