Section 2-700 "F"

Section 2-701 Family. An individual or two (2) or more persons related by blood, adoption or marriage, or a group of not more than five (5) persons who need not be related by blood, adoption or marriage, living together in a non-transitory manner as a single housekeeping unit.

Section 2-702 Farm. A parcel of land used for growing or raising agricultural products.

Section 2-703 Fill Material. Any material, rubbish, or debris, including but not limited to sand, clay, gravel, rock, or wood products that could alter the hydrology. vegetation, or soil structure when placed on the land surface.

Section 2-704 Floor Area Ratio. Determined by dividing the gross floor area (footprint) of all buildings on a lot by the area of the lot.

Section 2-705 Floor Living Area. The square feet of floor space within the outside walls, but not including porches, breezeways, garages, attics. unfinished basements or cellar areas.

Section 2-706 Frontage. The length of any one property line which abuts a legally accessible street right of way. or a body of water.

Section 2-801 Greenbelt Buffer. A planting strip/buffer strip between two dissimilar uses.

Section 2-802 Guest House. An accessory building constructed and maintained for the convenience of housing guests.
