Section 2-400 "C" Section 2-401 Campground. A parcel or tract of land under the control of a person in which sites are offered for the use of the public either free of charge or for a fee, for the establishment of temporary living quarters for five (5) or more recreational units: vehicles or tents. Section 2-402 Club or Association (Non-Profit). Buildings and facilities owned or operated by a corporation, association, person or persons. for social, educational or recreational purposes. It is not primarily for profit or rendering a service customarily carried on as a business nor does it provide overnight accommodations. Section 2-403 Cluster Development. A development design that concentrates buildings in specific areas on a site so the remaining land can be used for agriculture or timber production or recreation of common open space or preservation of environmentally sensitive areas. Section 2-404 Co-Location. The use of a wireless telecommunication tower by more than one wireless telecommunication provider. Section 2-405 Condominium Master Deed. The document recorded as part of a condominium development to which are attached as exhibits. and incorporated by reference, the approved bylaws and development plan. Section 2-406 Condominium Development. Means a project consisting of not less than two (2) condominium units if established and approved in conformance with the Condominium Act (Act 59, 1978). Section 2-407 Condominium Development Plan. The drawings attached to the master deed for a condominium development which describe the size, location, area, horizontal and vertical boundaries and volume of each condominium unit contained in the condominium development as well as the nature, location and size o fcommon elements. Section 2-408 Condominium Unit. Means that portion of a condominium
project or development which is designed and intended for separate
ownership and use, as described in the master deed, regardless of
whether it is intended for residential, office, industrial, business,
recreational, use as a time-share unit, or any other type of use.
The term "condominium unit" shall be equivalent to the
term "lot" for purposes of determining compliance of a
condominium development with provisions of this Ordinance pertaining
to minimum lot size, minimum lot width, maximum lot coverage and
maximum floor area ratio. Section 2-410 Cottage Industry. Any occupation conducted in an accessory
structure by individuals residing in the dwelling with a maximum
of three (3) employees not residing in the dwelling. Refer to chart
