Section 2-1700 "P"

Section 2-1701 Parcel. A lot described by metes-and-bounds or described in a recorded plat. Section 2-1702 Plat. A map of a subdivision of land.
Section 2-1703 Platted Subdivision. A parcel of land divided into lots for sale or use as separate entities as provided for by the applicable plat laws of the Sate of Michigan. For purposes of this Ordinance the Planning Commission may consider the term "Platted Subdivision" to include any other lawful arrangement of cooperative ownership, management, rental and use of a parcel of land containing four (4) or more building lots or dwelling units including "condominiums" as defined and regulated by Public Act 229 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1963 as amended; providing, such use is consistent with the purpose of this Ordinance. Wherever density restrictions apply to these arrangements, the number of lots or dwelling units permitted shall be related to the "net usable area" after deduction of all roads, streets, and other rights-of-way.

Section 2-1704 Private Access Area. Frontage on a lake, river or stream owned by an individual and limited to use by a single family.

Section 2-1705 Private Roads. A driveway that services two or more private residences and that is not maintained by the Antrim County Road Commission. (See Article 24)

Section 2-1706 Public Access Area. Frontage on a lake, river or stream owned or under the jurisdiction of the Township, the County Road Commission, Antrim County or the State and open to the public.

Section 2-1901 Recreational Vehicles. A vehicular structure, primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreational camping or travel use, which either has its own motor power or is mounted on or drawn by another vehicle which is self-powered. Recreational vehicles shall include travel trailers, camping trailers, motor homes, truck campers, slide-in campers, chassis-mounted campers and 5th wheelers. (See House Trailer)

Section 2-1902 Restaurant. An establishment whose principal business is the selling of prepared food and beverages for consumption either within the structure or for carry out.

Section 2-1903 Right-of-Way. A street, alley or other public thoroughfare or easement permanently established for the passage of persons/vehicles.

Section 2-1904 Road. Any public thoroughfare in Forest Home Township including state highways, county roads private roads, and streets complying with the requirements of this Ordinance.
