Section 2-1400 "M" Section 2-1401 Manufactured Home. A framed dwelling with a foundation which meets Federal Housing Administration code. Section 2-1402 Marina. A commercial facility which extends into or over an inland lake or stream and which offers any of the following services: docking, loading, storage or other services of recreational watercraft. Section 2-1403 Minor Drainage. Includes ditching and tiling for the removal of excess soil moisture incidental to the planting, cultivating, protecting, or harvesting of crops or improving the productivity of the land in established use for agriculture, horticulture, silviculture, or lumbering. Section 2-1404 Mitigation of Wetlands Impact. Any or all of the following: (1) methods for eliminating or reducing potential damage or destruction to wetlands; or (2) creation of wetlands from uplands to offset unavoidable loss_ Mitigation shall not be considered when it is feasible and prudent to avoid wetland impacts or when the impacts would be otherwise prohibited under federal, state, and local wetlands protection regulations. Section 2-1405 Mobile Home Park. Any site, field or tract of land upon which three or more mobile homes are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue purposes excluding mobile home sales at which none of the mobile homes are allowed to be occupied. Section 2-1406 Mobile Home or Pre-Manufactured Housing. Built on a movable, load-bearing frame, generally requiring a pedestal support system as opposed to a foundation which follows the perimeter of the structure and which complies with CFR3280 (meets BOCA & HUD construction code). Section 2-1407 Modular Home. A framed dwelling (stick built) with
a foundation, meets BOCA code. Section 2-1500 "N" Section 2-1501 Nonconforming Structure. A structure lawfully existing prior to the effective date of this Ordinance, or any amendment, and which does not conform with the zoning regulations of the district in which it is located. Section 2-1502 Nonconforming Use. A use which lawfully occupied a structure or site prior to the effective date of this Ordinance or any amendment thereto, and which does not conform with the zoning regulations of the district in which it is located. Section 2-1600 "O" Section 2-1601 Open Space_ An area that is intended to provide
light and air for environmental, scenic or recreational purposes.
