Section 2-1001 Impervious Surface. An area which has been treated, compacted or covered with any type of material such that rainfall will runoff as opposed to being able to percolate into the ground. These materials include but are not limited to: gravel, asphalt, concrete, metals and water repellant polymers.

Section 2-1101 Junkyard. A parcel of land on which waste material or inoperative vehicles and other machinery are collected, stored, salvaged, or sold. An open area where wastes, used or secondhand materials are bought, sold, exchanged, stored, processed or handled. Materials shall include but are not limited to scrap iron and other metals, paper, rags, tires. and bottles. An automobile wrecking yard is also considered a junkyard.

Section 2-1200 "K"

Section 2-1201 Kennel. Any lot or premise on which four (4) or more household pets of the same species which are over six (6) months old are permanently or temporarily boarded.
