ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS

Section 2-100 PURPOSE - To define the following terms:

Section 2-200 "A"

Section 2-201 Accessory Building or Structure. A building or structure secondary to the primary use of the property. but not used for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping.

Section 2-202 Accessory Use. A use secondary to the primary permitted use of the land or building.

Section 2-203 Alternative Tower Structure. Any structure which, if intended to be used to locate an antenna. may minimize and conceal the view of said antenna or tower, including, but not limited to man-made trees, clock towers, bell steeples, water towers, light poles, silos and other similar alternative-design mounting structures.

Section 2-204 Antenna. Any exterior transmitting or receiving device mounted on a tower, building or structure and used in communications that radiate or capture electromagnetic waves, digital signals. analog signals, radio frequencies (excluding radar signals), wireless telecommunications signals or other communication signals.

Section 2-205 Auto, Boat & Motor Home Sales, Rental & Service. A commercial establishment conducted in a building, or part of a building, designed and used for selling, servicing, repairing, hiring, storing or parking vehicles.
