FOREST HOME TOWNSHIP
Regular Meeting
August 7, 2003
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, Steiner
Guests: J. Hallberg, A. Luurtsema
Pledge of Allegiance.
A. Luurtsema brought the Board up to date on the current status of the County Recycling Program.
Motion by Steiner to accept Resolution #2 of 2003/2004 (Change of name from North Arms Drive to North Shore Drive).
Motion by Crandall to accept Resolution #3 of 2003/2004 (Adoption of GASB 34).
Moved by Crandall to approve the Minutes of the June 5, 2003 Meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Steiner to approve expenditures (check # 3522 thru 3584) in the amount of $39,322.15. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $804,790.94.
Trustee Steiner brought the Board up to date on the current issues being resolved through the Forest Home Township Planning Commission.
Trustee Crandall brought the Board up to date on the current projects of the Forest Home Township Parks
and Recreation Committee.
Meeting adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
