Motion by Crandall to approve Resolution #10 of 2009/2010 (Adoption of Parks & Recreation Plan).

Bellaire Fire District Board members, as well as several firemen were in attendance to address some concerns that the township board had over the current balance of $1.337M that the fire department has
on hand. The discussion revolved around anticipated needs within the department and the possibility
of substantially reducing the current millage rate of 1.25% to bring the balance more in line with
fiscally accepted parameters. The Board will next meet with the Fire District at their annual Budget
Hearing held in March.

Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
