Special Meeting
May 20, 2009
Meeting called to order at 9:00 A...M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, Steiner
Guests: D. Whiteford, J. Zachow, R. Silk
Whiteford Associates went over with the Board the bids received in connection with the Township
addition/renovation. After discussion, winning bids for each section (except painting) were selected.
Motion by Crandall to approve Whiteford Associates to incorporate the agreed upon changes (basement
and entrance, vault, etc.) and to begin the construction phase of the project. Supported by Steiner and
carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 A.M.
