Regular Meeting
November 1, 2007
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Absent: T. Smith
Guests: L. Gallagher, H. Robinson
The Board appointed Trustee D. Crandall to Chair the Meeting, replacing T. Smith, who was absent.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Steiner to approve the Agenda. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve the Minutes of the 10/04/07 Meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Mahan to approve expenditures (check #5627 thru 5652) in the amount of $10,863.49. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s Report shows a balance of $933,946.73.
Trustee Steiner reported that the Master Plan is nearing completion.
Trustee Crandall discussed the Parks & Recreation Committee’s current projects.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
