Regular Meeting
January 4, 2007
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Guests: D. Good, R. Reilly, T. Wolfe, D. Bedell, L. Offenbecker, S. Schuler, D. Schuler, B. Taup, J. Taup, B. Isenbarger
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Steiner to approve the Agenda with the addition of ‘Proposal for Clerical/Publishing of Master Plan’. Supported by Crandall and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve the submission of a questionnaire regarding the Board’s interest in a County Recycling Program. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Smith to reappoint R. DiGuili, E. Watrous, and E. Dewey to the Board of Review and to
reappoint J. Basch to the Z.B.A. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve Resolution # 7, of 06/07 (Budget Amendment increasing Capital Outlay
101-977 from $15,000.00 to $25,000.00). Supported by Steiner and carried with the following voting:
Aye: Smith, Mahan, Kent, Crandall, Steiner
Nay: None
Absent: None
Motion by Crandall to approve the 2007 Meeting Dates Schedule. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Steiner to approve the Minutes of the 12/07//06 Meeting. Supported by Smith and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve expenditures (check # 5213 thru 5264) in the amount of $26,501.68. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s Report shows a balance of $823,719.14.
Trustee Steiner informed the Board that the Planning Commission continues to work on the Master Plan.
The Parks & Recreation Committee did not meet in December.
Motion by Smith to approve the recommendations of the Planning Commission (White Pine Associates/Clerical and Antrim Review/Formatting and Printing) for the Master Plan. Supported by Kent and carried.
