April 6, 2006
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent
Absent: D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Mahan to approve the Agenda. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve the slate of election workers for the May 2, 2006 School Election. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve Resolution #1 of 06/07 (Budget Amendment). Supported by Kent and carried with the following voting:
Aye: Smith, Mahan, Kent
Nay: None
Absent: Crandall, Steiner
Motion by Kent to approve the Minutes of the 03/02/06 Meeting. Supported by Smith and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve the Minutes of the 03/22/06 Special Meeting. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve expenditures (check # 4770 thru 4846) in the amount of $19,590.57. Supported by Smith and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $622,682.88
