Regular Meeting
March 2, 2006
Budget Hearing called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Guests: B. Isenbarger
Pledge of Allegiance.
Supervisor Smith went over each line item of the General and Road Fund Budgets with those present.
Budget Hearing adjourned at 7:22 P.M.
Regular Meeting called to order at 7:22 P.M.
Motion by Mahan to approve the Agenda. Supported by Kent and carried.
B. Isenbarger, Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Committee submitted their Annual Report for 2005 and their plans for 2006.
Motion by Crandall to approve Resolution #3 of 05/06 (Budget Resolution). Supported by Steiner and carried with the following voting:
Aye: Smith, Mahan, Kent, Crandall, Steiner
Nay: None
Motion by Smith to approve Resolution #4 of 05/06 (Establishing Township Board and Committee Salaries). Supported by Kent and carried with the following voting
Aye: Smith, Mahan, Kent, Crandall, Steiner
Nay: None
Motion by Smith to approve the Minutes of the 02/02/06 Meeting. Supported by Crandall and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve expenditures (check # 4736 thru 4760) in the amount of $11,960.00. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $665,586.35.
Trustee Steiner brought the Board up to date on the current issues being addressed by the Planning Commission.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
