FOREST HOME TOWNSHIP
Regular Meeting
December 1, 2005
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Kent to accept the Agenda. Supported by Crandall and carried.
Motion by Mahan to approve the 2006 Township Board Regular Meeting Schedule. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve the Forest Home Township Social Security Number Privacy policy. Supported by Kent and carried with the following voting:
Aye: Smith, Mahan, Kent, Crandall, Steiner
Nay: None
Motion by Smith to reappoint L. Cran to the Planning Commission (appointment expires 08/07) and J. Ferguson to the ZBA (appointment expires 03/08). Supported by Crandall and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve the Minutes of the 11/03/05 Meeting. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve expenditures (check # 4628 thru 4652) in the amount of $11,712.21. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $578,229.32.
Supervisor Smith reported that he had received a request from the Cedar Meadows Association for Speed Limit signs to be posted (speed limit to be 25 mph). The Road Commission will be contacted regarding this matter..
