Regular Meeting
August 4 , 2005
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, D. Steiner
Guests: D. Boone, T. Malone, D. Ritt
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Kent to approve the minutes of the 07/07/05 Meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve the Minutes of the 07/11/05 Meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve the Minutes of the 07/15/05 Meeting. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve the Minutes of the 07/27/05 Meeting. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve expenditures (check # 4482 thru 4525) in the amount of $23,039.21. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $654,385.89.
Trustee Steiner brought the board up to date on the current issues being handled by the Planning Commission.
Trustee Crandall reported on the current Park and Recreation Committee issues.
