Regular Meeting
May 5, 2005
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:02 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, T. Kent, D. Crandall, S. Steiner, S. Mahan
Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Steiner to approve paving of: E. Torch Lake Drive from Bellaire Highway North to the Township line. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve the minutes of the April 7, 2005 meeting. Supported by Smith and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve expenditures (check # 4366 thru 4405) in the amount of $39,811.12. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Treasurer’s Report was given which shows a balance of $911,630.82
Supervisor Smith informed the board that he had appointed Quentin White to the Bellaire District Fire Board, replacing Vince Carpenter who has resigned.
