Regular Meeting
April 7, 2005
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, T. Kent, D. Crandall, S. Steiner, S. Mahan
Guests: L. Miller, J. Hallberg
Pledge of Allegiance.
The Board discussed Paving projects for 2005. Supervisor Smith will contact the Road Commission with the updated list.
Motion by Smith to approve paving of access site(s) approaches. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Smith to approve $55,000.00 toward the repaving of the Forest Home Township portion of W. Cayuga St., including the realignment of the Genessee St. intersection. Supported by Crandall and carried.
Motion by Steiner to reappoint T. Smith to the Township Ambulance Authority. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Steiner to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2005 meeting. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2005 meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Steiner to approve expenditures (check # 4314 thru 4364) in the amount of $17,730.41. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Treasurer’s Report was given which shows a balance of $932,965.30.
