Regular Meeting
February 3, 2005
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, T. Kent, D. Crandall, S. Steiner
Absent: S. Mahan
Guests: J. Hallberg, C. Dewey
Pledge of Allegiance.
Bellaire Fire Department Chief, Chris Dewey, delivered the Fire Department’s Annual Report
Motion by Crandall to approve the minutes of the January 6, 2005 meeting. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve expenditures (check # 4256 thru 4286) in the amount of $19,179.87. Supported by Kent and carried.
Treasurer’s Report was given.
Steiner brought the Board up to date on Planning Commission current issues.
Crandall brought the Board up to date on Parks & Recreation Committee current issues
Meeting adjourned at 8:54 P.M.
