Regular Meeting
May 6, 2004
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:35 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, S. Steiner
Guests: A. Luurtsema, B. Budros, B. Nothoff
Pledge of Allegiance.
Barbara Budros, candidate for 86th District Court Judge introduced herself and gave a short presentation.
Motion by Smith to share in the cost of running additional water lines at the Lakeview Cemetery with the Village of Bellaire (not to exceed $2,000.00). Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve the Minutes for the April 1, 2004 Meeting with the following correction – the approval of $3,000 to contract for services with Three Lakes Association pending the approval of their Grant application, not donation. Supported by Mahan and carried.
Motion by Kent to approve expenditures (check # 3882 thru 3902) in the amount of $18,122.45. Supported by Crandall and carried.
Treasurer’s report shows a balance of $996,165.47.
