FOREST HOME TOWNSHIP
Regular Meeting
February 5, 2004
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent, D. Crandall, S. Steiner
Guests: J. Person, D. Bedell, J. Ferguson, J. Hallberg
Pledge of Allegiance.
J. Person informed the Board of various Grants available for development or purchase of land for recreation purposes, etc.
Board will set up a Special Meeting between the Township Board, Planning Commission, and Parks and Recreation Committee to discuss future township plans.
Motion by Steiner to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2004 meeting. Supported by Kent and carried.
Motion by Crandall to approve expenditures (check # 3772 thru 3807) in the amount of $9,892.61. Supported by Steiner and carried.
Treasurer’s Report shows a balance of $729,521.03.
Trustee Crandall presented the Parks and Recreation Committee’s proposed work plans/budget for 2004.
