Regular Meeting
April 3, 2008

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.

Officers Present: T. Smith, S. Mahan, T. Kent

Absent: D. Crandall, D. Steiner

Guests: H. Robinson, E. McDuffie

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion by Kent to approve the Agenda, with the following addition – Bellaire Fire Authority Update – to follow Public Comment. Supported by Smith and carried.

Motion by Smith to reappoint E. McDuffie to the Bellaire Fire Authority Board for a period of four years. Supported by Kent and carried.

Motion by Kent to approve the Minutes of the 03/06/08 Meeting. Supported by Smith and carried.

Motion by Kent to approve expenditures (check #5841 thru 5878) in the amount of $13,590.86. Supported by Smith and carried.

Treasurer’s Report was given.

Supervisor Smith read a letter from a resident who lives on North Arms Drive regarding a missing road sign. She requested that the township replace the sign to facilitate emergency services. Supervisor Smith will check with the Equalization Department regarding who is responsible for placing/replacing road signs on private roads.
